While we have no specific breed restrictions, aggressive dogs or any dog with a bite history will not be accepted to keep our community harmonious. A pet interview with all pets is required (and we can't wait to meet them).

City of Denver Residential Rental License #2023-LE-0003186 1) Applicant has the right to provide Uptown Square with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTS) that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in § 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides Uptown Square with a PTSR, Uptown Square is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for Uptown Square to access or use the PTSR.
